What I do

I help families in the Imperial Valley and San Diego County buy homes, refinance, and invest in real estate. My job is to look at your income, credit and savings, lay out your real options, and then stay with you from pre-approval to the day you get your keys.

Over my career I've helped more than 250 families into homes and closed over $100 million in loans. In 2026, NAHREP named me one of the Top 250 Latino Mortgage Originators in the country, ranked #41 in the Southwest.

How I work

• Straight answers. If something in your file needs work, I'll tell you what it is and how to fix it.
• English or Spanish. Whichever you're most comfortable with, for you and your family.
• No cost to review your documents. The only upfront cost is a soft-pull credit report, which doesn't affect your score.
• Working with your realtor. I keep your agent updated so your offer is strong and your closing stays on schedule.

Why I got into lending

Nobody in my family had ever owned a home. I was always curious about what it actually takes to buy a house, and once I learned the process, I realized it isn't as hard as most people think. It just isn't explained well.

That's why I do this work. I want to help educate our community on how to buy a home and how to build wealth through real estate, so more families here can be the first in theirs to own.
